The 600 Years
Check out this amazing projection mapping during 600 year anniversary of the astrological tower clock situated at Old Town Square in center of Prague. Damn I wish that was happening when I was there! [via everything.deamplified]

This past week I attended a lecture by Tali Krakowsky the founder of Apologue called Design + The Digital: The Spaces in Between. She is brilliant and the work her studio has been doing is awe inspiring. I especially love the interactive tagging wall they created for Chanel’s Soho Store’s Fashion Night Out event in September. I can’t believe I missed this while it was up. You can read more about the project here.
Check out these amazing umbrellas by London Undercover that I spotted on Svpply. I’m not into the large umbrella thing (because I am a masochist) but I wold rock one of these for sure!
Um check out this amazing App called Word Lens perfect for reading signs in foreign countries!
I love Muji’s holiday greeting intro on their site. Yes, yes, it’s that time of year to start enjoying all the fantastic holiday creative that was made many months ago — Christmas in July for the design world. Cheers!

Check out these maps showing where locals take pics vs where tourists do…via geotagging. Blue signifies locals taking pics, red = tourists. View other cities.
My friend Allyson posted this on Linked-In a few days ago (we used to work on Luxury brands together). More than the content, I love the visuals, motion, and sound used to pull us thought this time-line of notable events in the luxury industry. Read more here.
I am pretty sure I have posted Rafaël Rozendaal’s work before, but I found myself at his website again entranced by his piece, Towards and Beyound. Rafaël makes websites as art pieces, the pieces are sold with the domain name, the work remains public, and the name of collector in title bar.
As a kid, I found it very confusing when people told me the time with quarter ofs and half pasts. But as a nerdy design adult, I love this Time Talks clock designed by Karlsson Clocks! It tells the time in words each 5 minutes, for example, five to three, three o’clock, five past 3, ten past three, quarter past three, twenty past three, twenty five past three, half past three, twenty five to four, etc… [via NY Mag]
